Refund policy

At Dripsunset, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because our items are custom printed upon ordering, we have tailored our refund and replacement policy to best serve you.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost to you.
- Please contact us at KatinaFalker15302@hotmail.com， within 30 days of receiving your package.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damaged product, printing issue, or shipping label.
- Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

2. Sizing, Change of Mind, or Buyer's Remorse
Because all items (apparel, mugs, mats, caps, etc.) are printed on demand:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection or change of mind.
- Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders enter our automated production line quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
