Here is how we prepare, dispatch, and deliver orders from dripsunset.com.
Addresses we serve
We deliver to physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii; military regions AA, AE, or AP; APO/FPO/DPO addresses; PO boxes; international destinations; or U.S. territories and outlying areas AS, GU, MP, PR, VI, FM, MH, and PW.

The subtotal is calculated after discounts and before tax and shipping. Free shipping applies automatically to eligible orders. The applicable shipping charge and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. All orders covered by this policy ship domestically from the United States, so customers are not charged import duties for these shipments.
Understanding the order timeline
Normal processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. It includes payment verification, clothing inspection, packing, any applicable production disclosed for the item, and carrier handoff.
The daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York, EST/EDT), Monday–Friday. Orders received after cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays begin their processing count on the next business day. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
If a longer delivery estimate applies to an item or busy period, it will be disclosed before purchase. Total estimated delivery includes order processing plus carrier transit. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered. If we cannot meet a promised shipment period, the delay and cancellation process below applies.
Dispatch and carrier updates

After dispatch, an automated email provides your tracking number and available tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to record its initial scan and update tracking. The shipment notice identifies the carrier used for your order.
When a shipment needs attention
If you discover an incorrect address, email tylerwatts482@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee a correction after carrier handoff. If an incorrect customer-provided address leads to a returned parcel, an actual reshipping charge may apply; we explain it before seeking your agreement. We cover costs caused by our own shipping errors.
If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we email an updated estimate and offer a choice between consenting to the delay and canceling unshipped goods for a prompt refund of those items and associated charges. We obtain consent where required; if required consent is not obtained, we cancel and refund as required by law.
If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, confirm the order address, check around the delivery location, and ask household members, neighbors, or building staff. Then email tylerwatts482@gmail.com or call +1 (267) 423-2535. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work toward the appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where warranted. A delivery scan does not automatically end our review, and the investigation does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
