Thank you for shopping at Dripsunset! Here is all the information regarding our production and shipping procedures.

1. Processing & Production Time
All products are made-to-order. 
- Production Time: 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasonal periods (e.g., Holidays), production may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (US Domestic)
- Standard Shipping:3 – 5 business days after production.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3. Multiple Package Shipments
If you purchase items across different categories (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, floor mats, or hats), your items may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment centers. 
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate packages for a single order.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your item has been printed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address
Dripsunset is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer during checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your payment.
